Holloway State Farm is a Top 10% agency. We run a 4-day work week. Our top producers write 80-100 policies a month. Our base pay is real, our commission is uncapped, and our path leads to running your own agency in 3-5 years.

Responsibilities:
✅ Prospect for new business through outbound calls, referrals, and networking
✅ Close new insurance policies across auto, home, life, and health lines
✅ Meet and exceed monthly production goals
✅ Build and manage your personal pipeline
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience with quota or commission accountability (required)
- Demonstrated track record of hitting sales targets
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting this is not an inbound-only role
- Must be willing to obtain P&C and L/H insurance license (we support your training)
- Must be available to work fully in-office no remote or hybrid options
